This wrap skirt is our version of a modern ‘tapis’ and ‘saya’ with a mix of different deadstock and handwoven fabrics representing the contrasting stripe and plaid fabrics seen in the traditional Filipiniana attire. The skirt can be styled to be worn everyday or for formal occasions. Our modern version reimagines this heritage piece with an efficient wrapping technique, making it perfectly suited for the contemporary Filipina.
